Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy for timeshots

Our commitment

timeshots has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms minors on our app. This policy applies to every timeshots user, regardless of location, and is enforced across all features of the app.

What we prohibit

The following is strictly forbidden on timeshots and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including any visual depiction of child sexual abuse.
  • Solicitation, grooming, or sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Any content that sexualizes or exploits anyone under 18 years old.
  • Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAE content.
  • Using timeshots to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.
  • Recruiting, harboring, or transporting minors for exploitation.

Age requirements

timeshots is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we terminate their account and remove their data. Where local law sets a higher minimum age, that age applies.

Detection and enforcement

We use a combination of user reports, automated detection, and human review to identify CSAE violations. When prohibited content or behavior is detected, we:

  • Remove the offending content immediately.
  • Permanently ban the account responsible.
  • Report the incident to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.
  • Preserve records as needed for legal proceedings.

How to report CSAE concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior on timeshots that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately. You can report in two ways:

  • In the app: long-press the offending timeshot in your inbox and select “Report Content.” Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
  • By email: support@timeshots.co. Use the subject line “CSAE Report” so it is prioritized.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
